Due to the Okanagan’s current lack of rental housing, the ageing population, the large tourist industry and the growing college and university institutions, we work primarily on small carriage homes and secondary suites for pre-existing home owners. We also build developments, small homes on single family lots and are the perfect fit for your home, condo, townhome or commercial space renovation.
