Management Team

Little House is managed by a husband and wife team with a passion for the Okangan. Tara Tschritter, President and Founder of Little House Contracting, brings years of project management, human resource management, team leadership, client focus and community development experience to the organization. Tara manages the day to day operations of the business while her skills are complimented by the construction industry experience of her business partner, and husband, Todd Jensen. With over 15 years in the construction industry, and the owner of an exterior finishing company, Todd consults on every Little House Project.

Project Manager – Fabio Gaudio

Fabio oversees our team of trades experts during the construction of each Micro Home. His 30 years of construction management experience lends the right amount of expertise and precision craftsmanship to each little house build.

Lee Mullins of Mullins Design Group

Mullins Design Group has been creating award winning custom home designs since 1996.

Based in Kelowna, BC, Mullins’ approach to design balances market trends with the Okanagan lifestyle. Drawing on a foundation of experience, creativity, and attention to detail has resulted in some of the most outstanding and award winning homes throughout the Okanagan Valley.

Lee Mullins and his experienced team take a creative approach to each and every home plan, considering everything from specialized environmental factors to challenging building sites.

Little House Interior Design & Custom Furniture Packages

Little House Interior design and furniture packages have been custom created by the award winning team, led by Carla-Bond Fisher at Sticks and Stones design group. Sticks & Stones is a proud Canadian company committed to providing fresh ideas, leading edge-design, and individualized service to clients from around the globe. They are a team of talented individuals with unique strengths and a collective passion for adding value to every project they embrace. Carla and her team will also work with Little House customers to create custom design packages if they choose.Sticks & Stones Design Group is an established firm with more than 20 years experience providing a full complement of services including architectural design, blue print development, concept rendering, project management, styling services, and space and interior design.

Jensen Contracting – Custom Exterior Finishing

Jensen Contracting is a professional, values based, exterior finishing company that has been serving the Okanagan since 2010. As leaders in the industry, they manage each project with integrity and deliver superior workmanship. Todd Jensen, will work with Little House customers to ensure that the exterior finishing of their home complements their existing property and neighbourhood. Todd takes pride in listening to the needs of his clients and producing the highest quality exterior finishing in the valley.

Outland Design Landscape Architecture provides Little House Contracting with expert consulting and advice around urban planning of intentionally designed and ecologically conscious micro home communities. Outland Design is a Kelowna based landscape architecture firm established in 1998, with a diverse range of experience locally and internationally. Their goal is to create beautiful and lasting landscapes in the urban and natural environment. Their design philosophy focuses on site specific, innovative and ecological solutions, enriching the environment for people and wildlife. They achieve this through the use of natural materials, locally sourced products and a palette of native plants.

Ted Rhind - Mortgage Broker Invis

Ted has been working in the Financial Services for 28 years and as a Mortgage Broker with Invis since March 2006.
